1. Introduction

LuxuChauffeur is a luxury transportation service provided by Chauffeur Pro Paris, located at 16 Rue Roger Vaillant, Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois, France. By using our website and services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Services Offered

  • 2.1. LuxuChauffeur provides private chauffeur services for various types of travel, including airport transfers and on-demand services.
  • 2.2. All services are subject to the availability of our chauffeurs and vehicles and can be booked through our website, mobile app, or by contacting our customer service.

3. Reservations

  • 3.1. Reservations can be made online via our website or by phone.
  • 3.2. A reservation confirmation will be sent to you by email. Please check the details and notify us of any errors immediately.
  • 3.3. Hourly service reservations require a minimum of three hours, including 20 km per hour, and must be within the same departure region. For long trips, please book a single transfer.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • 4.1. Cancellations are free if made at least 12 hours before the start of the service.
  • 4.2. Late cancellations (less than 12 hours before the service) will incur full charges.
  • 4.3. No-shows without prior notice will result in full charges.

5. Payment Terms

  • 5.1. Payment for services must be made either online on our website or onboard if you prefer to pay in cash.
  • 5.2. For events and multiple bookings, payment must be made via bank transfer. Specific conditions will be set between the provider (Chauffeur Pro Paris) and the client.

6. Pricing and Waiting Fees

  • 6.1. One hour of free waiting time is included for airport transfers and 20 minutes for other addresses. Beyond these times, waiting fees apply based on the vehicle category.
  • 6.2. All prices include applicable taxes and fees.

7. Responsibilities

  • 7.1. LuxuChauffeur ensures that all vehicles and chauffeurs are covered by appropriate insurance.
  • 7.2. We disclaim any responsibility for indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.

8. Chauffeur Dress Code

  • 8.1. Chauffeurs must adhere to a professional dress code, including wearing a suit and tie, and providing bottled water to passengers.
  • 8.2. Chauffeurs must be present 15 minutes before the aircraft landing time and monitor flight status to adjust the pick-up time in case of delays.

9. Changes

LuxuChauffeur reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in France.
